The ultimate goal of Namcon Construction is to show a distinctive competence in as many areas of the vast spectrum of the Construction Industry.

Namcon Construction’s core management experience has in the past predominantly done contract work for government departments, non government organisations and a number of private projects at the same time. The construction of primary schools across various districts in Lesotho, has been a major aspect of its focus. This provided great experience in working in extereme conditions. There has been some financial returns with these projects, but we take more pride in our contributions to society as a whole, in helping with the improvements of local education infrastructure with these respective projects.
